Artist Jacques Lajeunesse offers a drawing workshop geared to beginners
as well as to more advanced students. In his studio perched high
above one of Frelighsburg's most spectacular waterfalls, students will
learn about volume and form, shadow and light, textures and drapery.
Advanced topics include composition, perspective and rendering.

Michel Dupont offers printmaking workshops for students at all levels.
Over two days (15 hours) of studio time, students develop four plates
from which they generate 16 original prints using techniques that are
simple, fast and non-toxic.

Ce logiciel est particulièrement adapté pour
la photographie. Contrairement à Photoshop, qui propose des fonctions
avancées de photomontage et de retouche, Lightroom se concentre sur les
besoins essentielles du photographe. Particulièrement les tâches
traditionnellement associées à la gestion des images, au
développement des prises de vue et au «tirage en
laboratoire». Il n’en offre pas moins une grande précision
dans ses outils de correction (ajustements localisés, notamment par
l’utilisation de masques).

Bernice Sorge teaches painting and printmaking in her renovated
clapboard church just north of the village of Frelighsburg. This
summer her course theme is Monotype Explorations.

Google's "Sketchup" software makes it possible
to approach architectural design as a fun, intuitive and immediate 3D experience.
Architect Eden Muir and Teaching Assistant Éric Rénaud-Houde will
guide you step by step through the
process of using Sketchup
to sculpt 3D form and shape 3D space.
The theme of the course is Designing your dream house.

Graphic designer Johanne Ratté will present a series of Photoshop workshops
that are ideal for those who have embraced digital photography but want
to go further with image manipulation, digital efects and preparation of
photos for web publishing or printing.
